Refund & Return Policy – The Balloons Shop London

At The Balloons Shop London, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Helium Balloons

Please note: we do not offer refunds for helium balloons once they have been filled. This includes individual balloons, bouquets, and arrangements.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items (non-inflated and non-custom items). To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Delivery Issues & Mistakes

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@theballoonsshop.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Inflated helium balloons
  • Custom or personalized products (special orders, bespoke designs)
  • Perishable goods

Return Costs

  • Faulty or damaged items: We cover the return shipping.
  • Change of mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original order following the above process, then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
